Meet our working members
Our studio is supported by a dedicated team of seven working members who keep everything running smoothly. They ensure the space stays clean, well-stocked, and safe while keeping our community informed. Be sure to say “Hi” and “Thank you” when you see them—they help make our studio a great place to create!

As an active member at WPS Kim is thrilled to be the newest working member. After discovering pottery 4 years ago, she loves working with and learning from the pottery community. In her spare time, Kim enjoys long walks, salsa dancing and baking.

Theresa
Theresa was one of the many potters displaced and adrift when Monroe Clayworks closed its doors. A founding member of Waterbrook and a member of the Collar City Clay Guild, Theresa coordinates bulk clay orders for members in addition to her in-studio duties. She also keeps her hands in clay every chance she gets.

Info to comeI’m a ceramic artist and educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art (concentration in ceramics) and a Master’s in Art Education. My passion for clay has taken me abroad, studying ceramics in both China and Turkey. For the past 10 years, I’ve shared that passion as an art and ceramics teacher, while continuing to grow my own practice. I recently launched DJC Ceramics, became a member of Waterbrook Potters and the Collar City Clay Guild. My work focuses on creating functional pottery with a natural aesthetic, while exploring new textures and surface techniques.
